DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCUMBAGS! They tried to sell me a car with a clean carfax knowing that it had major title problems and frame damage! DON'T TRUST THEM!
I am very disappointed that they took advantage of a Senior and Disabled Veteran by pushing insurance which wasn't needed and added almost $3,000 to the car loan. We have yet to receive this back. They said it would take up to 60 days. We only have about 6 days left and no money to be seen. This insurance is bogus. When I spoke to them about this, the guy kept saying I am sure glad you didn't need this. Really!!! You sell an Infinity SUV and you expect it to have serious issues immediately. Don't be taken advantage of with this bogus insurance. It is just a way for the Finance person to pocket a lot of money. I am giving my husband 6 days to get this refund completed and then I am stepping in and getting this resolved as it should never have happened. Shame on all of you!
You can save a lot of money and buy from these guys. Wholesalers are definitely the way to go, easy and quick buying experience and cheapest price in 200 miles for the car we were looking for. Great Dealership!
