Dr. AVERA has always been very attentive to my needs. She always listens to my concerns and discusses treatments with me. She has a wonderful crew working for her, very helpful when I phone in. Jody is especially helpful when I call and ask questions about a certain medication or problem. She tells Dr. AVERA and always gets back with me before the end of the day. Dr. Avera and her staff are wonderful. I never wait long and never feel rushed. She takes the time to ask about all aspects of my life, and really listens to my concerns. I moved to a different city but still drive more than 45 minutes to continue going to her practice.
