Rogers has consistently exceeded our expectations over the last several years. However with a special Easter arrangement for our step mother at Arlington assisted living, they amazed us and everyone who saw the arrangement!
I've never had trouble with this place my husband orders me flowers from here all the time! Except he tried to order them on our anniversary which was a holiday but their website said they were open so beware of that! But great local place!
I ordered flowers for my wife thru a online site (FYF) and this so called florist fulfilled the order. I paid extra to get by noon, around 7PM th door bell rang. The jar of $#!+ was left on the porch and the delivery person running to the van as if something was wrong, really! I wouldn't put my name on that jar and I'm not a florist by any means. This arrangement was a 1/4 the size it was supposed to be. So I guess ordering flowers now you have to beware of scams, even your local florists take part in it. Customer appreciation and customer satisfaction is a croc!
Roger is a most creative and imaginative florist. I always give him free reign when ordering a centerpiece after giving him colors of linens I'll be using and I have never been disappointed. I now have relatives and friends who call directly to his shop when ordering something for me as he knows my preferences.
