I've been a member of about 10 gyms, I'd guess, and this is my favorite, by far. It's a little of everything I've ever learned, piled into a giant place.
This place has been part of my life since Trenton, Ohio. Mike is good to me and allows let me train. Never forget the time he gave my wife and I free front row tickets to the Ohio bodybuilding show. This gym still rocks. Nice to drop in and get a workout once in a while. BEST GYM EVER.

All the equipment I need as a powerlifter and they are great with my kid. I am gonna be a lifer for sure.
