Order through the drive through. Trust me. If you walked inside and looked at it you probably wouldn't eat here. BUT the food is always hot, fresh, and tasty so if you just care about that like me, you'll be golden.
Pulled up to the drive thru and was asked to wait a moment (no big deal) waited 5 minutes and the car that came after me at the other side was taken first, I still was not helped. I pulled around and went inside to place my order, cashier was very nice, our order was wrong compared to how she rang it up and we waited half hour for the order. The food was still good but the service sucked (except for the sweet cashier)
We love Rally's food. It had been awhile since we had been there. The drive thru line was only about 4 cars deep at each speaker. The wait was so long cars started to leave. We waited and it took about 25 minutes. Too long for "fast food".
Usually, the line moves pretty consistently. However, sometimes, it seems as if the person taking your order is making and bagging your food as well. Foods usually hot though.
This is one o the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever been to. The customer service is not professional.
