Decent trailer park. Still in middletown so don't move there.
The roads are HORRIBLE with pot holes everywhere and some of homes look awful. They dont make people take care of their property.
Has sidewalks. Pretty clean. Rules enforced.
Walked in to the office to see about renting, lady was rude. Bed bug spray out in the open. Some roads very rough. Read the reviews on the owner of the park I'd think twice before moving here.
Been living here for six months. The staff is wonderful, the neighbors are great, and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. We are enjoying our time here very much. Electric, cable, and internet services are all wonderful, garbage pickup is neat and tidy, no problems so far. I would really recommend this place to all people who are looking for a mobile home park community.
