We didn't have to do anything! It took her about two days to get everything lined up (saved me the headache of sorting through all of that information) but it was EXACTLY what we wanted.
I visit the Middletown AAA office anytime I need maps or tour books for a trip. Everything is well organized and easy to find. There's always a friendly person to help me with my needs. It's quick and easy. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with travel needs.

We had such a great time we want to go back. If we decide to go - you'd better believe I'm going to go see AAA again to book the trip. My AAA membership paid for its self with just this one visit as far as I'm concerned.
She worked tirelessly to make sure our side trip to Universal was pre-booked with transportation, park passes AND the one-day dining plan.
So I went in to the AAA office and spoke to Kim W. who quickly identified the Disney vacation package that was right for us. She asked a lot of questions and was VERY familiar with the Disney vacation packages and helped us choose the right one. It was so reassuring to talk to someone that KNOWS the different options available instead of blindly searching on line and hoping you can find what you're looking for.
Took 3 hours and 6 phone calls to get no help what so ever. Every time I called I got told they were on their way and got no updates on what was going on. Apparently being the "time of day" at 1am (which I have had help before same time) they had to send someone from Columbus. Worst service ever! Finally after no one showing up I found employees that did the work in 20 mins. Thank you for nothing!
Worst experience ever, do not go there or call them. Very rude customer service, as I call today for an auto insurance quote so the guy named (Jacob or John) something was very rude and he had very negative attitude. I suggest go to other places and do waste your time with them.
